I'm rating this as a third time booking customer. I had no problems on my first stay (aside from their signature scent which I don't agree with) but on my next two stays, that's when I encountered problems. I noticed molds in the bathroom and stains on the tiles and ceiling. On my second stay, there were no towels & TV reception (watching TV helps me relax) so I called housekeeping, but couldn't get through. I called reception and asked for towels. Called back after 2 hours to follow up but no one answered until the next day. Had to buy a towel at a nearby shop. My third stay was the worst. No towels, no hairdryer, no bath mat (need one because of the mold & stains) and the most ugly part of it all was there were cockroaches. I wasn't able to take more pictures since I don't bring my mobile in the bathroom. I keep staying at this hotel because of the great location. It's beside the mall and so near great bargain shopping areas. Some budget shops and food stalls around the vicinity open as early as 7AM and it's soooo convenient. I really do wish they improve the place.

The hotel is a bit dated and its obvious. Normally, its not a problem, but there are small cockroaches that move around the room. You can request for an extra cot, if needed, but some items were not readily available, like a trash can, hair dryer and towels. Check your room upon arrival so you can request for them. The hotel is located near shopping hotspots, but be ready for the traffic going to and from it.

Beautiful hotel and great location. It is attached to a mall with access directly into the mall itself however for some unknown reason the doors are always shut and hotel staff will not open the door for no specific reason meaning to get to the same place you must go down 2 elevators, go outside then into the main entrance of the mall itself then up escalators. What's the point of having this access if you cannot use it? Id understand if it was due to construction. But it's not. Very disappointing one of the main reasons we booked here. Also face towels not available for standard rooms.

Great location but the rooms are only good for 2 and yet they put three persons in 1 room. The telephone also is not working in our room. There are no towels available and it should be requested pa.

No towel provided by default you'll need to request it. But we had a look at the towel and we strongly don't recommend using it just bring a disposable towel. No floor mat provided to dry your feet. There is some toiletries provided but we found a baby cockroach underneath the toothbrush packaging so we didn't use it. There were cockroach in the toilet and beside the bed area. Bathroom floor was stained with mineral buildup I don't think they use any soap to wash the bathroom. Bedroom was alright for 1 night other than the cockroach. Place is convenient as you can access the shopping centre through their restaurant.

Super busy place. Very difficult when you have a car, says have free parking pero first come first serve pala?!. Took us hours before they just suggested to park in the mall parking. Then u have to pay. What a scam. Sana man lang nilagay nila sa terms na first come first serve. Of course, hotel rates varies when there is parking. No towels provided as well, have to ask for them and wait for mga 2 hrs 🤣 Booked bed is queen size, but they gave a double sized bed. Front desk answers not immediately, take time before they answer the phone. Location is good especially if u will shop in divi but thats it.

ROOM -The size of the room does not justify the price. - The lighting inside the bathroom is too dim. - You are allowed to bring outside food into the hotel with no additional charge. SERVICE - The reception service is poor. It takes 2-3 follow-ups for simple requests like refilling soap and providing slippers for two. - The reception is located on the 2nd floor. After waiting for almost 30 minutes in the lobby, we asked the guard, who directed us to proceed to the 2nd floor for reception assistance. - We requested a change of bedding during our second stay, but despite three follow-up attempts, it was not done. - Even though we didn't request it, the room service cleaned our room, and replaced all the toiletries, but didn't change our bedding. LOCATION - The location is convenient, with a mall and numerous restaurants nearby.
